Each button on the LCD Screen works separately. 

1.LINE controls independently  number 1, number 2 motors. You can use this button to make 2 motors work at different speeds.

2.Power on/off button for number 1, number 2 motors. You can use this button to make 2 motors work independently.  

3.MCH means the optional rotating programs for each motor. MCH includes 4 different setting. When MCH is “0”, direction button will not work.

4.TPD means Turns Per Day.

5.Direction controller: clockwise, counterclockwise, or bi-directional.

Notice: TPD for each MCH can be set with your need and memorized by system for use of next time. When power is on again, it works with original settings in the above sheet.

Q9:How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample fee and send us the confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 5-10 days for leather boxes and 7-15 days for wooden boxes. The samples will be sent to you by express and arrive within 5-7 days. You can use your own express account, and you can prepay us if you don't have one

Q10:When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we can prioritize your inquiry.

Q11:What are your delivery terms?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the delivery terms that are most convenient or cost-effective for you.

Q12:What is the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The delivery time for MOQ is about 35 to 45 days. Generally speaking, we recommend that you start inquiring two months before the date you hope to get the product in your country.

Q13:What is your minimum order quantity?

As a general rule, our MOQ is 500 pieces. Although sometimes we produce orders less than 500 pieces. However, for small orders, the cost can be very high considering the copying, printing, tooling and setup costs.
